NYS Soil Health Field Day 2026

The 2026 NYS Soil Health Field day at the Bethlehem Environmental Commons was a great success.

Participants explored cover crop demonstration plots, experienced hands on soil science with the Cornell Soil Health Trailer and toured our pilot farmer’s market garden to see soil health practices in action.

At BeECO we are building more than preserved farmland. We are creating a robust landscape where agriculture, conservation and public engagement come together to support a resilient future.
