Meet our Farmer

Clark Davis

Farmer

Hi, I'm Clark! I've been farming vegetables for close to 10 years now. I started Lucky Cat Farm in 2025 to serve our Capital Region community. I'm so excited to be part of the Bethlehem farm project because it gives a young farmer like me the opportunity to level up, to access land and resources, and to get connected with the community!

Growing food answers my questions. It makes me feel more connected to nature and to my fellow people, it feels good to get my hands in the earth, and the veggies I grow just taste so good.

Our Pilot Season

2026

BeECO is testing a new, short-term land access model on municipally owned farmland.

During the pilot, Be-ECO will sublease portions of the land to farmers. All farming activities will follow recognized sustainable and ecological land-management practices to ensure responsible stewardship of the land.

At the end of the pilot term, the Town and BeECO will review these findings together. The results will help determine whether the Town should continue or modify this type of municipal farmland access program in the future.
